I get very deep, large knots that cannot be worked out by most in an hour session. Th gals work very deep upon request and communicate well about how much pressure to use. The effects last at least a month before I get knotted up again. Clean facility and smells are nice, but not overpowering. Great price!

Top one massage place in Providence! My shoulder and rhomboid were bothering me for a long time until I found this place. They are really good at releasing the deep muscle tissue. The process was painful but it was helpful. If you use your body a lot, don’t hesitate to give them a try and get a fresh body back.

It was my first trip to this awesome reflexology / massage. Lisa did an amazing job I like very deep massage and she fulfilled it to the tee and she definitely listens to your body. I will certainly be back it's worth the drive from the Cape
