The gym overall is okay. The people don't understand we are in a pandemic, mask down while working out and crowds of people working out together next other people. However, the young man who works at night does try to break up the crowds and asks people to put their masks on properly.nnMy other Main concern is the handicap parking. The members constantly take the spots designated for people with disabilities like myself and nothing is being done. The cops who are right down the street do not do anything as well, as they claim it's private property. I was told by the Sargent that Planet Fitness needs to place signs both indoor and outdoor clearly visible and large enough stating people will be fined and towed; yet, three weeks have passed and nothing.nnA week ago, while there was ice on the ground myself and another handicapped person had to walk downhill and slipped on the ice because the same three cars taking up the handicapped spots refused to move.nnAfter asking two of these men to move, Respectfully, mind you, they have been trying to intimidate me and even have resorted to calling me names, obviously they are immature. There are only two workers that have constantly tried to help at night but have no support from management.nnIt's a total shame and disheartening to see that the gym is not inclusive to It's disabled members. After almost 6 years with the company I believe myself and other handicapped members should look elsewhere where our money and disabilities are taken into consideration.

Awesome staff and the trainer knows what hes talking about; also very personable. Why not 10 stars? Haha

The girl yesterday didn't know how to enroll me. I also told her I had to be at work in 30 minutes. She literally wasted 25 minutes of my time. I had to rush out to get to work. I took 2 minutes and enrolled myself online. I love planet fitness. But the sales girl was not good. I went back today and the other girl was nice and helpful.

Huge bummer that the clubs are no longer open 24 hours, and are closing at 10 here in RI. I’m paying for a membership I can no longer use because those were the only times I was able to go. It’s not even state mandated because OTHER GYMS that aren’t PF, are open 24 hours here in RI. So wth planet fitness, what gives ?! When am I going to be able to work out again, seeing as my free time is only midnight. I’m paying full price when I can’t even go ? And it’s not even open fully? It’s advertised as 24hrs, planet fitness in other states have reopned as 24 hrs and there are other gyms in RI open 24hrs so why do you remain closed?!!!

I enjoy the services provided at planet fitness, especially the hydro massage table, and they have the app so you can scan with the phone. There are planet fitness all over so you can go anywhere theres a planet fitness...nndownside, due to lockdown measure, they aren’t at full capacity so its not 24 hours during the week, cant take showers anymore (well the one i was at in Providence), you cant drink from the fountain/bubbler unless you have a water bubbler.nnApart from that, really wish planet fitness had a pool...
