I tried the Bodhi Spa in providence for the first time this month as a birthday experience for myself. I did the water journey and it was amazing. I loved going through each step and it is very relaxing. There were a couple of guests who were not adhering to the whispers only policy and the staff remedied the situation very quickly. They check back there often and always have fresh infused water available. It was a very personal and luxurious feeling spa day!

The hot water/cold water combo is amazing and creates an effect that is truly remarkable. You can't get this relaxed in many other ways. If you can add a massage from a great therapist this can be a really transformational experience. This new location is very well done and high quality and I can't wait to come back.

I had issues booking over their website. It said on the site that there where openings but when I hit the book button it went to a blank screen. I followed the websites suggestion where it clearly states: If you are experiencing ANY trouble booking please don’t hesitate to call us directly. We are grateful for your visit and very happy to assist you.nnDon't bother calling them. The receptionist was rude and not accommodating at all. She insisted that the times I am looking at are booked and did not offer any other dates and times, after I asked.nn* I want to make sure this gets noted. I tried sending another review after we visited the Providence Location, but could not send another review.nAfter the initial issue, I received a phone call from the director of the spa. And we had a very pleasant conversation that ended in us visiting the spa again. And we LOVED the experience. We will be back! I was impressed, especially as a business owner myself, that the director tried everything to make this right.

The water journey experience is lovely. I felt like my muscles and mental state benefited in the following days. During the experience there weren't too many people in there, so we could have privacy during different parts of the journey. I can't say one negative thing about the experience and the spa itself. The staff was very nice and I hope to return soon to try out the different services.

The Bodhi Spa Providence was a wow experience! The staff was very welcoming and helpful in making you feel comfortable and pampered. I did the water journey with some friends and after enjoying start to finish a few times, we were so blissful and relaxed. I had gone in with some back pain and the next day I felt better than I had in weeks! It’s truly a unique experience and I can’t wait to go back for more! Even further, the location is so great, close to yummy restaurants and hot spots, that next time we will make a day/nnight of it!
