Making an expensive purchase is anxiety-provoking for me; making an expensive purchase that is supposed to last 8+ years and will dramatically change my health (sleep quality) felt nearly overwhelming! LORI ANDERSON was practically a saint! Not only did she listen to my needs, wants, and budget limitations, Lori also was remarkably personable and totally defused my stress!
