Excellent manager was swamped but was able to give individual attention by multitasking. Had to call T-Mobile to get fixed. Beautiful phone and tablet. Highly recommend
If you want to get anything actually done and in a timely manner come to this store. The manager Todd is a wizard with all things T-Mobile and will get you squared away
1/8/21 Customer service is excellent at the T-Mobile store in South County Commons innWakefield, RI. Syed, who is the store’s owner and who waited on me, was very patient, helpful,ninformative, understanding of my needs and willing to answer my questions in a sincere, friendly manner. All in all, a great business experience, for which I am grateful.
The employees here were very nice and understanding. They answered all our questions and were very polite, even though we'd been in the store for a while trying to figure the phone out. We dealt with Noah and Faiq and I was very happy with the service.
