Completely unprofessional customer service representatives which gives false information. They are not upto date with their own policies therefore fail to provide important information to customers. They also have an archaic system of requiring a copy of the drivers license and credit card which they don't communicate to you till 24 hours before the scheduled pick up. In a business environment, this isn't always possible to have this vital information at hand. They are unapologetic, crude and unreliable. Buyer beware.
