The staff are awesome charlie n Melissa are great people they have great stuff at hartford ave providence wont ever go anywhere elase!!!

I been a customer for many years and they always dressed professional now that I go in I see a woman employee not dressed professional she be showing alot of skin and I have also seen her hands in her shirt so nasty for a employee to do in front of customers and even in front of her Male employees she should been wearing professional clothes just like the males no special treatment. I been to other rent a center and all the females employees are professionally dress beside this one why is that. I walked in a few weeks ago and seen her and I'm guessing it was he boyfriend arguing so unproffessional. This store is going down hill.
