In a difficult 2020 I managed to keeps my business above water and help friends businesses out in the meantime. I also managed to spend over $20 thousand at staples. I know it is not up to some other companies spend but it was something. The providence staples staff the last 5 or 6 visits has not only been rude but completely non helpful. I get it working at staples might suck for you but at least just be a decent human being.
If you are lost and looking for an item in this very large store all alone and are in need of help... this store is not for you. The salesperson in any department you see will not help you. They will watch you. They will not help you. Provide them with info on the object. They will say I've never seen it... Doubt I'll be back.

They are always very helpful. I go often to scan documents to e-mail and never thought I would trust staples for my Computer repair and are great. Still don’t like email rewards, but that will change soon. I just trust the store and very picky. Just very helpful.
