I went into the Providence store today to select a new mattress with a credit I received via the warranty on my previous mattress. (Which btw the warranty process was also a great experience). I was greeted by Sandra and Manny upon arrival and we started the process. The mattress I wanted wasn’t available in store but Sandra went out of her way to get it ordered for me and it will be delivered in 4 days!! Outstanding service! If you’re in the market for a new bed, definitely go see Sandra!
We were treated very fairly and kindly at Mattress firm. Our sales associate Tasha was excellent! Very helpful, pleasant and patient and spent a good amount of time making sure we were happy and walking us through the process of finding the perfect mattress. And it was a very safe shopping experience as all safety measures were taken in compliance with covid-19 safety rules and regulations. We also got a fair and competitive price, only charged for the price of a queen instead of a king as it was a President's day sale. I highly recommend Mattress Firm! We visited the University Heights location in Providence, RI. It was well managed and clean. Very satisfied.

I had been thinking of getting an adjustable bed with mattress. Mattress firm was the best pick. I got A++ customer service she gave me all kind of options to choose from. I recommend to anybody looking for a mattress and base Mattress Firm is were its at
