Was very nice when I picked it up and kind I am in love with my fireplace
I had a bad experience with another furniture store in the same complex. I came here and got a sectional which was delivered the same day (within 3 hrs actually!). I worked with someone named Stephanie, who was extremely helpful and forthcoming. There is a no refund policy (however this is clearly marked above where you sign on the receipt)--and admittedly that did make me nervous, but the furniture came to my apartment as promised within the time frame. Admittedly, I did buy a sectional sofa that was a floor sample and didn't have to come from a warehouse. Would definitely do business with them again should the need arise. Avoid furniture depot which is near this store!
Purchased furniture 1 month and a week ago. Was told at the time of purchase that delivery would be three weeks because of covid 19. Which I was fine with. Then the furniture never arrived. Called the place and was told they dont have a delivery date as of now. Inquired to speak to the manager to get a refund since that is not what i was told at the time of purchase and was told i would not get a refund no way. Also was told the manager would call me back and he never did ofcourse. Will never purchase from this place again. Horrible service. Maybe I will get the couches next year when they feel like it. What a scam!
Not like days of ole, giving only 90 days to pay off multi pieces of furniture.. To bad, it would have been a 3,000$ sale.
We came in to purchase a specific bedroom set my wife found online. Once we explained what we wanted the associate showed us a much nicer set that better fit our needs and costed less. They went out of their way to work with us on delivery request. Highly recommended taking a look at this location for your furnishing needs.
