The complication of placing dozens of orders only to find out half of the items were back ordered wasn’t practical for my needs. I purchased a fireplace in July hoping I could have it set up ready to go before my party in Aug. Bruce the guy who helped me gave me the best deal out of 5 different places I checked. He made sure the unit is delivered and set up in my backyard. I had a problem later because I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on and with no hesitation Bruce sent the guys back to service me and make sure I was satisfied. Later I reached out for some stone work on the fireplace and again Bruce referred me to a wonderful company who came on time ready to decorate my unit.
