They have the worst customer service. If you are one week late they threaten to call the police if you dont pay or let them in your house to take merchandise.
I cant say enough about the staff at this location! We were from out of town and in need of a TV for an event. Tasha bent over backwards and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Professional, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you Tasha! Advice to Rent-a-center... do not let this one go! She's a rock star ;-)
