My boyfriend came in to upgrade his phone, and he was very indecisive. Shelya was the customer service rep who assisted us the whole way through and she was awesome! Very nice and pleasant and even makes you laugh a little bit. One of my favorite T-Mobile locations so far!

My IPhone 7 was not receiving calls, only sending out partial texts and not connecting to wifi. I went to Sprint to get it fixed. I walked in there expecting that I would be there a long time and they would tell me that I needed an upgrade. NATHAN MENDOZA listened to what was happening. He took my phone fixed it and all it took was 5 minutes. I was thrilled. He also told me if anything else happens, call him and he would be there for me plus gave me a way to reset my phone. Extremely satisfied with the service I received
