Horrible i dont even own a system and bounced around from protect your home and adt's billing departments to try to stop them from billing me for a system we never had installed.

I would like to recognize the second Technician named Dane MacDonald who came to fix our security installation. As a new customer with ADT we were not happy from day one but with Dane's high skills and definitely knows what he's doing we are so glad we switched to ADT. Before he left our house he made sure that everything is 100 percent checked and that our security system is functioning. We would like Dane to be recognized by his supervisors for his dedication and making sure and providing 100 percent excellent customer satisfaction. I am recommending him .

The salesman and technician were very helpful and friendly. I would just like to make sure the equipment is working when they are done. The doorbell is going to have to be replaced as it does not work. The tech told me they will come out and replace when the new ones come in.
