Customer Service is great at Providence Place and the store is clean and organized well. However, the quality of the selection of clothing and shoes at Macy’s has decreased steadily over the past years. Less cheap trendy clothing and more designer choices would be great!
Best place to shop for Clothes,cologne/perfumes,jewelry. And staffs are so helpful but very persuasive. You'd end up buying what you don't need.
Good customer service, a little too much as I felt obligated to apply for a credit card by one of the attendees.
Can get good deals all time.
