The worker was absolutely amazing! The bagel on the other hand was disgusting. I’ve never had such a hard chewy bagel. Almost like it was from yesterday morning. Kind of pathetic considering the traffic that comes in and out of here.
The worker in the front entrance dunkin donuts is very rude bad attitude looked dirty who would want to buy donuts and coffee from you when your attitude sucks and your customer service is even worse the place was dirty very bad look for twin rivers she should be fired immediately
The DD's in the front entrance is better then the one near black jack tables or upstairs! They're amazing!
Have never had a problem with any of the employees. Nice staff, good coffee.
The employee Amber was rude to me when I brought a sandwich back because it was burnt, she told me I was rude for saying it was burnt. I put in a complaint with the manager, will see what happens
