Prepare to spend a large chunk of an hour just sitting and waiting before ordering your coffee in the drive thru. Also be prepared for your coffee to taste like dirty water.

This dunkin is right near my house yet I always avoid it like the plague. They need a better system for on the go orders. This is the only dunkin that I order 15 mins before and walk in and have to repeat my order or ask for things because its not ready. Not to mention the rude remarks I get when I have to ask like it's my fault it isn't ready. Go to Mineral spring or up Smith St to get what you ask for and be greeted with a smile.

The store was clean, except for the floor near entry. Food was fresh. Employees were pleasant to talk to.
