I used them once before an they did a good job then so I used them once again, though I had a few issues the first time, I was willing to use them once again, they got loss going to my new house, had stuff in storage in bowling green was delivering to Glasgow a 25 minute drive from the storage unit, I was charged for the hour driving to the house when it should of just took 30 minutes max, older movers took their time loading an unloading the truck, one of the movers said to another this will probaly take another hour won't it when the truck was almost emptied. They arrived at the storage unit at 8 25 and was done at 12 15 but counted it 8 15 to 12 15. I asked the driver about it who was the driver before and he said well I have to do paper work it'll take a few minutes, he added time the 1st time I used them, I mentioned something to him both times but I shut up because he comes off a little aggressive and with 4 guys against 1 I'm going to lose.

KY Moving and Storage were fantastic! They were very communicative, friendly and professional. The Owner personally looked over my move and the dispatchers and drivers stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. The actual movers went above and beyond to help secure and move some unruly items. Our destination was difficult to access but they managed to get everything up to our unit with no damage. I would highly recommend KY Movers to anyone.

Cedric and crew moved our truckload of stuff (including baby grand piano) just over 150 miles. They were knowledgeable, good natured, and knew what to do. I highly recommend for professionalism and competence.
