Ordered curb side pick up. First order was delayed..I called to see why, was put on hold for15 minutes, no one came back to the phone as I was waiting I received a text my order was ready. I was still on hold and no one came back to the phone. I went to pick up my order waited the 5 minutes it said and to call if no one came out. I called and was on hold for another 10 minutes with no one picking up the phone. My husband got sick of waiting and went in there and had to get it himself. Mind you, all the staff was basically doing nothing. 2 people changing tags on make up and one at register. We need 2 people tagging make up when you have costumers outside waiting for their stuff?? Honestly what was the point of doing curbside pick up if we have to go in and get our order because NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR STORE. We do curbside pick up to avoid going in pharmacies and stores to lessen the chance of getting Covid because we have compromised immune systems and your staff can’t hold up their end of the bargain. Nice job Walgreens nice job. That’s why I usually always use 1512 South Main in Fall River, they are more organized and the staff has a clue on what their job is. I only went to this one because they had the cases of water I needed. Walgreens Main Rd Tiverton should be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe send your employees to train at 1512 South Main..they obviously need it. 1512, I appreciate you more than I did before, trust and believe.

Absolutely the worse place for refilling my prescriptions since the change over from Rite Aid. This month alone, I've called them 3 times to get a prescription filled & they keep saying they need the authorization from my doctors office. I went back to doctors for follow up 3 days later & while at the doctors office watched them submit it & receive confirmation it went through. Drove to walgreens, still said they didn't receive it.

I visit the pharmacy plus get a few extra items....a great convenience...

I go there for prescriptions,food,drink,almost anything.
