Go ahead and take the big train frozen coffee blend off the menu. The last three times I've tried to order one the employees have no clue what I'm talking about. Once or twice I can understand, three times and these people clearly aren't being trained properly.nnReally fun having kids exited for a treat waiting in line only to realize some teenager inside doesn't feel like doing their job today.

Terrible customer service and condescending attitude. The one in Fall River makes my coffee better and doesn’t try to make me feel stupid or act rude to me for no reason.
