Each and every person i spoke with was highly professional and went beyond my expectations. I planned a move from Salt Lake City to Niagara Falls New York and each and every step was done on time, exactly as per my specs . Every single person i spoke with from the original order , to the initial drop off ( Fernando), to the company in Niagara falls ( Kevin) were top notch and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend and use Upack for every one of my moving needs going forward. This is a fantastic company !

Great experience with UPack! They dropped off the truck at the time that they said they would. Customer service was AMAZING. Before I booked UPack for my move, I called with some questions. The customer service guy that answered my questions was very informative and helpful. He answered my questions in a way that didn't make me feel dumb. The only that that I wish was different was that the guy that dropped off the truck didn't help us pull the ramp out, or help us put the wooden walls up when we were finished packing. I would book with them again!

Trailer was clean, delivered on time at starting point and destination, ramp was delivered separately, content had limited to no damage, reasonable cost. All in all a good experience. Would recommend

Used this company to move from Utah to Colorado and the whole thing has been a joke. They wouldn't give us an estimated time they were going to pick up the trailer, they said it was an "all day appointment" which is very unhelpful. They told us it'd be 3-5 business days till arrival its now been 7 days and we still do not have our trailer delivered, frustrating because I paid movers to come out on the 5th day to help unpack it and will now have to pay them to come out again when it finally gets delivered. When I asked how they can compensate us for the late delivery they said they would give us a measly $50/day for every day they are late but we have to call after its delivered and request it. I keep calling to see where my trailer is and to get an ETA when arrival will be and they are not helpful at all. They keep transferring me to talk to other people and giving me the runaround. U-pack does not deliver to Steamboat Springs so it apparently gets transferred to another company (RacTransport) for delivery however we were not told that upon contracting with U-Pack. RacTransport has not been helpful at all either trying to locate our trailer and getting an ETA on delivery. Frustrating how unprofessional it has all been. I would not recommend using them.

It was cheaper than uhaul or any other moving van rental and I didn't have to pay for fuel on top of the rental. I'd highly recommend using upack if you're looking to move. It was much cheaper for me and all went fairly smoothly. The first trailer they delivered to me had a leaky roof but they did work things out with me to bring me a min leaking one as soon as they could. Other than that issue all was well and everything was delivered in the same condition it was in when unloaded it. Again I highly recommend!!
