Incredible experience!!! I recommend going when you don't have to be anywhere else so you can truly enjoy the restful benefits. I exercise on a (somewhat) daily basis and I have so much energy the following day. Turn the lights off and decompress from the world. It's hard out there and you deserve it!!!
I love this place! I strongly recommend you to go try it out. Donna is amazing. She makes ya feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. And the floats really do help with your aches and pains not to mention your energy level.

We had my best friend’s bachelorette party at True Rest! The owner was so nice and set everything up for us with catering and wine and paint! The facility is so pretty and clean. The float was peaceful and relaxing! Would definitely recommend!
My first time and I was nervous. I didn't know what to expect. Mike was great and explained everything. I loved it. I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time! So worth it!Ended up buying a membership.
