Spotless Facility. Quality Security. Dedicated Employees. Outstanding Management. I have had a unit here for 4 years and have no interest in changing. The site manager Mark is a great guy, who's always looking out for you. You can leave your stuff here with confidence. I guarantee it.
Rented a u-haul online for pick up at this location at 1:30. We show up at 1:30 and there’s a sign on the door saying “we will return at 2:15”. We come back at 2:15...no one is here! We waited 20 minutes before leaving at 2:35. So incredibly frustrating and unprofessional!!!!!! Never coming back here. What a waste of time.
One of the nicer storage units out there. The old building the units are located in has lots of character!
I felt so uncomfortable here. I walked in and I really needed to use the restroom and I also wanted to see how much a storage space would cost. But when I entered the front desk man was asleep, I asked if I could use the restroom and he said yes. But when I came out he asked, "if I made a mess." I felt so uncomfortable. Then I said no, but he continued and said, "if you did I'll go get you and make you clean it up." I asked how much his prices were, but he was making me feel very dumb for asking questions about sizes. I decided to leave and I promise I will never come back here. The service is terrible. And I have never felt more uncomfortable.
Best storage in town! Conveniently located downtown, provides the most secure and comfortable experience with temperature controlled indoor facilities. Customer service was second to none! Jeremy walked me and my wife through our best options and saved us money by finding us the best unit for our needs and getting us a u-haul on site at a cheaper price than what we were able to find elsewhere. Would recommend to anyone.
