I thought I liked Penske and used them again for a recent move.I dropped the truck off 3/18/2020 which was full of diesel! (it stopped pumping at the gas station) There was no one to receive the truck that day due to the earthquake that is understandable. I gave the keys to a service guy there. What grinds my gears is that I get a bill for $34.40 for about 4 gallons of diesel. I understood that it was $8 a gallon if it didn’t come back full, so I filled it with def and diesel before dropping it off. I called and Riley explained to me that they are cheep tanks and you have to pull the nozzle out of the tank a bit when fueling to get it completely full. That in it’s self is an unsafe act I’m not going to pump diesel until it’s to the cap and spilling on the ground. The gage read full when I dropped it off. I’m pretty disappointed with the situation and wouldn’t return in the future.

Very slow with this covid going on they make you wait outside in the heat. They should at least supply water for the drivers that have to sit out there for four hours just to get a truck serviced
Took 2-1/2hrs for me to pick up a truck that should of been ready since 4pm cause my vehicle had been towed in. Yes they made it presentable but still had to wait for them to install a ELD system that still isn't paired to my phone. Next to airport and right off highway.
went there to rent a truck for a move, the penske representative was really great, super helpful and worked with us when I ran into a little snag picking up the truck
