Love working with them a great company. Many great people work for them. But bad review because one truck driver Landon. He harasses our female worker and makes them very uncomfortable. Then talk about them in very inappropriate ways. Shows up randomly and never notify before a shipment. Get mad if we try to check any shipment to see if it's damaged. May be the reason to cut ties.
I’ve been waiting for a delivery for six weeks and every time I try to see why it is so late and no one has any answers for me. They say they will call or email me but they never do. We have moved and don’t have furniture and it is all basically held up or lost by this company without any answers.
Slowest shipping carrier in the U.S. I have seen merchandise take up to five weeks on delivery once it leaves a vendor. Horrible customer service also.
This is a great company. I appreciate the drivers, they are always courteous and friendly.
