Tried buying a coffee table but when buying accessories from here you are not allowed to touch the item you want to buy on the floor. You must wait for the delivery team to return to carry out the accessory that is on the show room floor to the front door. I took time to get a helper and borrow a truck to pickup the small coffee table. This was never explained to me when we first looked at this table a few days prior. I am a 60 mile drive to this store. I was already on my way when I found out this information. So accessories bought here that can easily be carried out by the customer is not allowed. I was very disappointed in the customer service from this place and decided to go elsewhere for all my furniture needs.

Great dining room tables. We also love our wall art we picked up here. Furniture and art delivered in great condition and on time. We would recommend to anyone!

I absolutely love my new living room furniture! It’s completely up dated the look! Thornton’s has a good assortment of quality furniture but what really amazed me was the sales person I dealt with. Kelly absolutely went above and beyond in advising me on details and making choices. She even came to my house to draw everything to scale. I’ve never worked with a decorator before but she was invaluable.nThe only reason I didn’t give Thornton’s five stars is that having bought $5k furniture you’d think they could have waived the $50 delivery fee. I live right in town, not ten minutes from the store. I think that’s petty. In my opinion they might want to rethink that policy.

Found the bed on the manufacturer's website and they indicated Thornton Furniture had it in stock. Rhonda sent me a photo immediately and answered my questions quickly and nicely! Price was highly competitive with online, but preferred to see it in the store. Judy, one of the owner's, came by while I was looking and was also very helpful! I went to see the bed the next day.. thought about it for a bit and then called back. Rhonda quickly processed my order and I picked it up two days later. Terry, another owner!, actually helped the guys pack the bed in the truck and gave us lots of information to help put the bed together. Bed was perfect! Love it!
