Went in to get a filter for my refrigerator and a young man helped me find it and asked if I needed anything else. Very polite. The check out was fast and polite. Goid experience.

My favorite store..has everything..staff is always helpful..attentive and prices good.nShana just helped me in many ways and suggestions..awesome employee and much thanks to her.

The music reminds me of my great great grandparents war stories of 1812. Please change it to something a little more upbeat. Something that doesn't trigger my ancestors war time memories.

Nice and clean. Just hard once in a while finding someone to ask a question. But overall is pleasant

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Never have I had such a terrible, stressful experience with a company.nnIn September I paid for and had an estimate done for carpet installation. I decided to move forward with the purchase. I went tot the store to pay for the purchase. Was told by the cashier and a customer service representative that the I would have to pick up the padding to the carpet and that it would not be delivered with the carpet. When I asked why it couldnt be delivered with the carpet I was told that it was becaise of the way the agreement was written up and that they could not change it. After spending approximately an hour in the store I gave up and left the store. After a series of phone calls I was finally able to get them to fix the error and have the carpet delivered with the padding.nnOn October 28th I signed the agreeemet and paid for the carpet. I did get a 10% discount for my trouble and endless hours that I spent on this. The order was still well over $4,000.nnI got a call in a few days from the installers and the installation was scheduled for December 8th. I agreed to this. I revieved a phone call yesterday, December 2nd, from the installers. They said that they had recieved information from Lowes that the carpet wouldnt be MANUFACTURED until December 7th in CANADA. The installers had no idea when they would be able to reachedule.nnMy fiance went to Lowes. He explaines the situation and how this was completely unacceptable. At this point we have waited over 5 weeks and the carpet still had not been manufactured and no installation date in sight.nnI ordered the carpet when I did because we have family coming in for the holidays and a wedding in the home on January 1st. There were signs posted in the flooring area boasting of guaranteed installation dates by the holidays if ordered by certain dates. We had ordered before those dates.nnSo yesterday after my fiance had spent a couple hours in the store talking with the flooring department and the store manager he was told that the store should have the carpet by December 14th (7 weeks after i paid for it) and the rest was up to the installers. No further explanation or resolution provided.nnToday, December 3rd I get a call from the installers. They can do the installation on December 28th and 29th! I request a sooner date and they would not provide one. This is in the middle of the holiday and 3 days before the wedding. This is totally unacceptable.nnMy fiance goes back to the store and asks for Joe, the store manager. He is told that Joe is tied up at the moment. My fianace says its not a problem he will wait. Nearly an hour passes, my fiance asks for Joe again and is told Joe is now at lunch. My fiance again says he will wait. Another guy, Shane, comes out and apparently makes a couple phone calls. An hour and a half later still no resolution.nnI am not sure what went wrong in this process. This entire thing has been such huge hassle. I would like to think that a company would not be so petty as to retaliate against me since I wouldn't agree to pick up the padding, but that's the way it is starting to look.
