When you initially walk in and talk to him, he seems super professional about his business. After trying to do business with him he is super unprofessional. He guarantees the best pricing in town while talking down on other businesses around him. I would love to go into detail about my experience but I will not give him the time of day. I ordered a sectional (putting down the full price) and waited for 2 months with 0 communication on what was going on. The delivery date was pushed back twice and instead of pleasing the customer by issuing a refund as requested, he refused the first time. So I made him type something up to keep his word that if we did not receive our sectional by a certain date to refund us. He canceled our order before the date promised and refunded me without communicating this prior. Almost a 3 month process (yes I’m aware of COVID delays), a promised arrival date, with overall bad service, I still walked away without a sectional. I would not recommend this place at all.

The owner is pretty helpful and the prices are very reasonable. I would give 5 stars but the owner sold a warranty to me which he made out to be a great deal at the time, however did not inform me of the details of the contract. Looked at the reviews of the warranty later that day and found out the warranty company has abysmal ratings and a difficult process to file a claim. Would not offer me a refund.
