I purchased 2 sets almost 4 years ago fromnTrent Bedding. One of them has not held up, so I called to schedule an appointment to purchase new set. Unknown to me (I probably forgot) I had a warranty. Within 2 hours the guys were at my house assessing the mattress, and they are replacing it for us! They could have not told me.. I wouldn’t have ever known, but they did what was right for the customer. Very friendly staff and fantastic customer service! AND, they are local, not a chain!! Even better!!

Good location, easy access, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of items and organized well. Staff offers additional assistance as needed. Willing to work with you anyway they can. Ordering process pretty simple and hopefully timely delivery as quoted. Staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and professional WITHOUT aggressive selling pitches. Absolute pleasure doing business with Trent. Competitively priced. I have and will continue to go back for my bedding needs.
