I’ve been going to this location for the better part of a decade. Each visit is always positive and many of the employees become my go-to “AT & T” person if I have any issues during phone transitions, etc. Recently Nathan has become my go-to. All the employees have been polite, courteous and efficient.
Sarah Scott at Bowling green Kentucky AT&T store number 746 Campbell Lane is very focused tenacious and dedicated like no other not only did she wait on me but others while she was helping me premium employee in my opinion the best that the store has hands-down
I’m so sorry that I can’t remember the name of the lovely representative who assisted me but she’s honestly what made the whole experience worth working through. She got me set up with a new phone, service, and accessories in roughly 30 minutes while making sure that I had everything I wanted in the best way possible. Just because of her I’m considering adding a few more lines and devices to my plan sometime soon! A great experience all around.
Very nice and super friendly staff and the service was awesome. Was very helpful in helping me decide on what phones to get and getting down payment super slow.
My visit to the AT&T store was a success all because of Sarah Scott and her excellent customer service!! She was so helpful and patient with everything my daughter and I needed.
