Friendly and helpful. Clean store.
Rented speakers and a mixer (with necessary accessories) for my wedding. The staff (especially Rowena) were incredibly helpful and made sure I was comfortable with the equipment so everything would go as planned. Can't recommend them enough!
Staff were pleasant and courteous.
First and last time using this store to rent equipment. Rented lighting equipment from them which worked fine. One day rental, but I was unable to return the equipment by close of business. So I returned it at the opening of business the next day. Even after calling ahead to explain, they were inflexible on the rental charge and charged me an entire extra day ($153). Totally within their rights. But their short term gain has cost them long term business.
My visit went really well! The staff were both friendly and helpful the entire time I was there offering plenty of sound advice. Definitely a place I will return to in the future.
