Walmart Pharmacy

I rarely give bad reviews. However, it operates so inefficiently, and I am very irritated right now. My app told me that my meds will be ready by noon. Based in my past experience, I decided to wait. After receiving the automated call from Walmart, I was there an hour later, and only to find out that only one of my meds was ready. The lady told me that it would be another hour before my other med would be ready. OK, let's say I will listen to the automated call more carefully next time. I was there again an hour later, waiting in a very long line only to find out that my second med was OUT OF STOCK!!! Really!?!?! Shouldn't the first lady I spoke to tell me about it?!?! My time is very valuable! What is more? I can't believe that I am entrusting my health on them if this is how inefficiently they run their business. It is time to switch pharmacy for me!

Very busy, the wait here is very ridiculous. I was told to give them 30 minutes twice as I wondered around the store with my baby crying as I had been waiting for a whole hour. The 3rd time I went back in line, they again told me to give them another 25 minutes. After waiting for a whole hour and half I eventually left without my babies medications when I was asked to wait another 15 minutes. And this was just a refill. Very slow service. I’m so disappointed.

Good customer friendly at pharmacy like the consultation on your prescriptions very personal

Always understaffed and extremely slow. Not very friendly. Been filling my prescriptions here for years and they can't seem to keep my insurance on file. Will not be using Walmart pharmacy again.
