Usually love these cinnamon rolls, and service is consistently great, but twonI bought since their reopening we’re off. Layers were tough as if the dough didn’t rise before baking. Hopefully the next ones will be better.

I don't normally like to review chains, but I had to drop a quick note about this Cinnabon. A group of friends and I stopped by this location on a Sunday afternoon, just to get a quick snack and chat.nnThe menu is just like any other Cinnabon, and they provide the same cinnamon buns that you've come to know and love over the years (just don't make the same mistake as us and look at the calories -___-). The location is easy to access even though it's inside the mall, and is actually a great hub to hang out and just take a moment to relax as everyone is going about their busy days.nnCinnabon itself doesn't have much seating outside of a handful of swivel chairs that are right outside their Kitchen (ish) area, and that turned out to be a mesmerizing experience for the four of us (20-somethings). Seeing how the whole process is executed is really neat, and definitely adds another level of appreciation for the treat that is created at the end. The Cinnabon Professional Baker was very nice to us and chatted with us about Cinnamon Buns along the way. Great team of people at this location and a great execution of a solid product. ( Worth the calories ;) )

We went by here on our way out of the mall, ready for a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll while my kids swim in the hotel pool. We were a bit disappointed when our bons were very stale.nI called and they immediately offered to replace them if I was still in the area. So I'm now about to head back (thankfully were right next door) and get my fresh bons.nThey were very polite and accommodating. I give 5 stars for how they handled the situation. Of course I'm bummed I have to go back, but stuff happens, and they handled it exactly as I hoped they would.
