Our local Panera in Bowling Green used to be great. My experience this afternoon was terrible. it appeared to be chaotic. some of the employee not wearing glove and were handling food and money. my pastries was stale. my latte was not done right. i am very disappointed .nDr.G
Always yummy. Quick efficient drive thru! Also! informative staff. When I said I loved the bread that came with the soup I ordered - was told I could also order an entire loaf of it as a side item. Great info! Did just that! Can't wait to go back for another lunch! And more of that bread!
Food is always good when I come in. The automated ordering system.in place is ok but could use a few user friendly tweeks. Overall great experience otherwise.
It was great. The staff was super nice. The pecan braid paste thingy was awesome. Amd the blood Orange drink I had was awesome too
Terrible service. No one working. Stood there ten minutes. Two worked far cashier. No one spoke. Looked very dirty also. Eat somewhere else in Bowling Green
