Comforting, top notch and reliable. Sorry for the delay in getting this review up - special thanks again to dispatch but more importantly Mr Duke their driver for saving the day. After running a full tank straight from Chicago to Oak Grove and only 10 miles out from my final destination with an unknown faulty low fuel gauge, my car ran outta fuel on a bend on the expressway not interstate. NO journeymen from the state to be found on this road; called AAA.nnRiddle's dispatch calmed me down as I thought I'd become roadkill but the woman kept me informed not only via a few phone calls but also via text the entire time. The owner of the company towed my semi truck today. He is truly a great person with a worldly perspective and professional mannerism. I really respect the job wrecker services provide and the troubles they endure. I appreciate taking care of me today and recommend your services to anyone who might need it.

I had a car accident on 68 recently, the car totaled and the the event was not fun to say the least. The local rescue team showed up first to help out by directing traffic, then the police showed up. I was asked for a towing company and I chose Riddle's because I have had business with them before, including tire chances and general call needs and I had always had good experiences with them.nnIt was the right choice. The team got my car (and the other car) quite quickly, asked if I was ok, if I needed anything from the car, let me know exactly what the was going to happen and what I should do next to take care of the car. The gentleman that helped me out in particular was Pete. Pete also cleaned up glass and other debris from the road and got the job done quickly.nnAlthough they didn't get my car, another gentlemen picking up the other person't vehicle was Austin (I think), who did a killer job. I also interacted with Daniel at the office and he was a great help and a super nice guy. In fact, each of these three gentlemen did a fantastic job, and I would go so far as to say that I would demand a raise for each of them if I were in a position to do so. Since I am not though, I would request of the owner of the company that these gentlemen get a nice raise as soon as possible, Sir.
