It was my first time visiting Rettig Music, and I purchased drum sticks and bass mallets for my children's drum corp. The gentleman that assisted me today was great. He was knowledgeable and helped me get my son a better pair of sticks than what he was previously using. I am going to go back anytime I need anything for my or my children's music needs.

What a great experience!! I had dropped off my son’s clarinet for repairs, and due to my work schedule, didn’t realize that there was a band meeting tonight. I called Rettig and asked if I could rent one for a month. Instead the gentleman I spoke with, Shawn, said he’d check to see if there was a loaner available. Unfortunately, there wasn’t. I was disappointed, but understood. What he did instead, was offer to rush the repairs, since they were minimal. Two hours later, I received a call to tell me that my clarinet was ready! Absolutely wonderful service. Everyone went above and beyond! I can’t recommend Rettig enough!!
