Wonderful first Experience!!!nKristina and her team are simply fantastic!nI walked in and they got right to me. I was sat down and explained step by step what to expect.nEveryone was so kind and thoughtful. Plus they really do treat you like family.nWhile my procedure was was being set up, they took the time to get to know me. They wanted to know my goals both short term and long term. Simply to make sure that everything would be perfect.nLet me tell you, they made this easy. Got #Vivace Treatment and now I'm IN LOVE with my face! Kristina was amazing. She explained every detail of the service and had such a light touch. My results are showing and I have a glow I havent had in years!!!nThe atmosphere at Matrix Med Spa was clean and inviting. I will be back for sure!!

Appointment scheduled for 2:00pm, 35 minutes before the owner tried to get me to cancel when I was on the way already.nnI got there and stood in the hallway waiting for her for 20 minutes.nnHad a facial booked and she lied to me 3 times about why I couldn't get the facial done when it turns out she didn't have numbing cream or anyone to draw my blood. She had zero plans to actually do the procedure, office was a mess.nnWasted 2 hours of my day, this is my most unprofessional medspa in town, dont waste your time or money.

Got my #VIVACE done by Kristina at MATRIX MED SPA. My skin feels so much better. The procedure is painless and no downtime. Highly recommended to keep age off your face! Can’t wait for the next one.
