I would never recommend this place to others and the person who recommended this place to me and others will never do so again. I am giving them a 1 star since it won't let me give half or zero! I recently ordered and received a computer from them. After hooking everything up and turning it on, my monitor would not come on. Tried plugging the monitor into both the graphics card and onboard slots. Nothing. Tried this using 3 different VGA cables and 2 monitors. Then opened up the computer to see is something wasn't plugged in. The guy I work with (who was the one who recommended this place and also builds computers) pushed on the graphics card and snapped it into place. We thought the problem was solved but still nothing from my monitor. I called and left a message for technical support. As we were sitting trying to figure out what else could be the problem, I realized that my computer had NO memory sticks in it!! No wonder my monitor isn't showing anything. I double checked my order to make sure that memory was on the list. It was. I tried calling technical support again. Just the answering system so I hung up and dialed customer service. The woman I spoke with was not friendly at all. All she said was that I ordered Windows 10 so there had to be memory there, hang up and call technical support. I said no one answers. She rudely said well just leave a message. I call and leave a message and wait. Finally get a call back. I'm not sure how this guy works tech support. I got told that it happens in shipping that a graphics card can come loose and that sometimes the memory stick can get knocked out while being bounced around. Really!!?? They snap and lock into place! I was told to tip the computer back and forth to see if the memory was laying somewhere in it. My next wonderful piece of tech support was to unplug the computer, turn it upside down and shake it to see if the memory would just fall out. As the side was already off the tower, I can look and see that it's not there! So now I'm told to take pictures from lots of angles showing the empty slots and send to the RMA department. I got told that IF customer service approves it and IF they have one in stock, they will send it out. I said no. You will call me back and I will drive over and pick one up as the store is 20 minutes from me. This was on Friday. It is now Tuesday. I have heard nothing. I called yesterday and still no call back. I had to pull from my computer at home to get the computer at work to turn on. After finding no RAM whatsoever, I wasn't even sure if I had an OS on the computer. Amazingly I do. But now I am super angry that I am out memory on my computer at home and they have my money for memory that should have been there in the 1st place.

I love my desktop. I use it for hardware-intensive videogames, production software, live-streaming services and much more. My computer consistently performs like a charm. My investment with MagicMicro will pay itself tenthousandth-fold, and not to mention the excellent service I received during the worst time of the coronavirus pandemic. Elena was punctual, kind, and courteous in our emails. It is very much a pleasure to have another human on the other line, compared to mere lines upon lines of code.

We needed a rocust video editing machine for the church as quickly as possible. Dell's delivery quote was over a month. Magic Micro was able to get us a beautiful custom built machice within a week (7 days). We were able to get exactly what we needed. Custom building a machine on their website was extremely easy and their customer service is quick to respond. The price and delivery came way under Dell. And the our machine beats Dells specs. I will definitely use them when I need a new Gaming PC. Could not be happier!

Ordered a build with a 8 gb video card. They didn't have an 8gb so they put in a 4 gb and were going to charge me the same price and hope I didn't notice after I seen the receipt with the updated specs. I called and the sales lady got an attitude about it and asked if I just wanted to cancel the order, probably to make it easier on herself, so I did. A week later I get an email from FedEx saying my package was being delivered. The lady never cancelled my order. A huge hassle trying to get my credit card company to refund my money and get FedEx to return the package back to them. A horrible experience and I will never buy or recommend this company to anyone. Wish I could give 0 stars. Pathetic company and customer service.
