They are friendly and very courteous. I have been with them for 6 yrs. I wouldn't rent from anyone else.
Approved online and a previous customer of errands bill/Phil whatever his name is tells me a bold face lie about my income and approval even though I’ve had the same circumstances and it was approved online and I owe Aaron’s nothing whatsoever and Aaron’s customer service confirmed that he also made a crack about my rent amount very prejudice very poor customer service and Aaron’s definitely lost a customer in me I could see if I hadn’t used Aaron’s twice prior to dealing with him but I’m well versed and policy and procedure I knew after he made the comment about rent I was denied he showed absolutely no interest in helping me
I wouldn't recommend Aaron's simply because if you don't make enough money, you won't get approved. I reccomend going to rent a center, they treat you much better.
