Needed a part in a pinch. Called, talked to Nick (I believe), he helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Showed up to pick up my coupler, it was ready to go. Great service. Great value. An awesome local store to shop at to avoid the large-box crowds. Will be returning whenever I need ANYTHING to do with computer service/parts.

The bearings on my laptop fans were totally shot, so I brought it into the shop on a Sunday (MAJOR props for being open on a Sunday - a lifesaver for me!). Nick and Ray were both extremely knowledgeable and personal and I felt comfortable leaving my laptop in their care. The fans for my laptop took a few days to come in, but I had my laptop back within the week! I was very pleased. It’s back in superb shape now, and I’m grateful to Nick and Ray for the professional and affordable service. Definitely would recommend supporting this awesome local business.
