I was so impressed and grateful to the fine folks at Educator’s for their help and patience.nnAfter Guitar Center told me my guitar was ruined and that I needed a neck reset and more likely a new guitar, Bob and John patiently helped me sort through to find an incredibly simple problem (loose washer on a tuning peg... seriously).nnWhile I would have happily purchased a new guitar from them, I didn’t need it. Although in the future any music need that I have I will happily give my business to them!nnWhile I was there, there were a number of very nice Yamaha acoustics for sale at very reasonable prices. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Very friendly .. Answered every question we had in detail. ..My child is Super happy with her ud83cudfb7. I recommended two people already.

The staff definitely don't show any happiness to help you, not that they could with the inventory they possess, anyway. Their gear is high quality, but overpriced so much that it's funny. I'm talking like 40-50%. A Snark tuner is $40. I can't imagine their retail instrument prices. I'd recommend other stores.

It's ok. Got guitar strings, priced a little high. Nobody seems to know much or unable to answer any questions. I stopped going.
