I took my PS4 in to replace the hdmi port at 3:30 pm Friday. Bert at E-Tech Computers was friendly and welcoming when I arrived with my wife. He attentively listened to my needs, clearly provide me a fair price,(as discussed on the phone prior).nnAt a few minutes after 10am the next day, Bert called to let me know I was all set! That was FAST! This is my new electronic repair shop!!!nnFair, honest, fast...that's customer service! Very pleased!

My boyfriend spilled a glass of wine on my computer. It immediately shut off. I did all the online tips/tricks to dry it out. 2 days later it would turn on for short bursts.nnI went to the Apple store. Without even looking at my computer for the briefest of seconds, they said it was likely fried and they did not have the equipment to look into it in store (which appears to be comprised of a very tiny screwdriver). My options were 1) Send it off for a week and pay $800 for repair if it was salvageable or 2) Pay $1000 for a new computer (wait, only one Apple store in town MIGHT have that one in stock, will probably need to buy the $1200 one)nnI went to E-Tech at 11AM. They said no problem. By 1PM they had called me, told me they found the problem and that it was almost definitely fixable. They gave me a quote range which was less than 1/2 of the quote at Apple. They told me it would be ready by Monday (mind you, they aren't even open Sunday). Monday at lunchtime I got a call that my computer was in great shape and ready to go for exactly the cost they estimated. 2 days later and it's like nothing ever happened. Very impressed.

I was locked out of my Mac a friend d referred me to E-Tech. They were so friendly and kind. They fixed the problem in about an hour and a half . I recommend the to anyone. Bert is a great guy. Trued apple store they wouldn’t see me for a week and were not so friendly on the phone. Thanks E-Tech.

I have had a PlayStation that’s been broken for over a year now, every place I’ve tried to take it to before E-tech was really annoying and I felt like they were just not reliable or trust worthy. Found these guys yesterday, they ran a free diagnosis on my PS4 pro and found the problem, told me what was wrong and fixed it for a very reasonable price, even threw in a new charging cable and hdmi cord for free because mine weren’t good. I would very highly recommend them to anyone I know who need their tech fixed fast and want an extremely easy and nice process. These dude know their stuff for sure and are very honest.

My graphic designer recommended I start doing business with E-Tech Computers because they are who she trust with all her devices. I started using them September 2020 and haven't stopped! I have taken them repairs GREAT JOB, they have done remote repairs for me GREAT JOB, I have purchased two computers from them GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRICES, and I have called them to get advice QUICK RESPONSE. You can't go wrong using E-Tech Computers
