Ms. P. gave me a silky press earlier this year. I was very satisfied so I came back to get my hair highlighted. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Which was a picture of a medium brown color with platinum blonde highlights. She told me she couldn't get my hair that blonde, so we agreed on getting it lighter. She foiled my hair. Then added copper color to my hair which turned it Orange in the top because I had gray new growth. There were blonde highlights in the back of my head, and no blonde at all in the front. The back and sides were copper highlights. It was very inconsistent. I was very upset about the orange in my hair. When I texted her about it, she told me that it would fade. She never even attempted to give me what I wanted. She charged me $125 for that, and $10 dollars for a trim. I'm stuck with this. Money hungry? I think so.

Definitely one of the best salons in Cleveland. I am always pleased with the service and attention that I receive from Kim and her staff. Kim is accommodating to my busy schedule and manages to fit me in for those last minute life or death appointments. I always leave extremely happy with my hair. Kim and are staff are absolutely amazing!

There simply isn't anyone that's as knowledgeable and courteous as Kim. My hair is finicky and is different textures. But a few minutes with Kim and a picture of the color I wanted, and the different browns and brunette highlights were exactly like the picture, and I got so many compliments.nShe KNOWS hair, patiently answers every question, can help you with whatever product you need an opinion on - and she still finds time to be a leader in her community!nnIf there is a color or style you want...go to Christopher Amira. Ask for Kim!

My absolute favorite salon... Kim is the ultimate professional... and when it comes to hair (cuts, styling, color)... she knows and does it all... On one of the many occasions I visited the salon, I went in to get styled and came out with a full makeover... I absolutely loved it... she anticipated my needs and executed everything perfectly... very patient and kind... she worked with me to achieve a fresh new look... When it was all said and done all I or anyone else could say was WOW!!! She is a wonderful person inside and out...
