I looked at a couch at Aaron’s a few weeks ago In Carrollton. Didn’t want to make payments. So I said never mind I’m gonna go somewhere else. Well it’s been a month and they tried to call me to collect payment and or take a couch I DIDNT BUY. They didn’t like that I went somewhere else and MIKE AND WILL had the nerve to hang up on me mid sentence. Very childish and very unprofessional! - 1,000 stars if I could. Shut down or get new employees jeez!!!!!
Was good at first then they want to call and harass us cause we are like two days late on paying even knowing the stuff is almost paid off the manager is real nasty on the phone would not recommend this place to anyone I think they could be a lot. I would of thought they would have more respect for people cause after all we go to them and buy things. They need a better manager cause I'm not having him call me and make a threat to come pick the stuff up with only 4 more payments left I've paid on them for almost two years not an issue but since the new manager he's not the best with customer
