Definitely ask for Austin when purchasing a new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the merchandise, prices, problems, and what fit our needs within our budget. The service was so great I returned this week to purchase a newer phone for my daughter. It was nice not spending all day there or feeling like I wasted my entire day.
Verizon young lady in Carrollton Ohio did a fantastic job answering my questions and getting my phone working again. Very good experience.

Verizon is over priced, the service is not worth the money. The majority of networks have the same coverage. Do not over pay because it is Verizon.
