Easy to make an appointment! Easy to speak with on all accounts about the mattresses. Without hesitation we were offered to be taken to the Warehouse to look at other Mattresses. GREAT service!
Stay away from this place. We purchased a mattress from them and within 4 months it had to be replaced as it did not hold up. Second mattress was no better and again has not lasted more than 4 months. How can, supposedly one of there top line mattresses, not last a year? Don't even try to deal with them to make it right as they only respond via text. I would give them negative stars but do not have that option. Buyer beware. Worst customer service.
