Do not recommend. It took over a month to repair due to waiting on parts and it stopped working after a few days. Due to frustration, I took my phone to another phone repair shop and they notified me that they broke my phone internally. It was damaged beyond repair due to soldering issues. I was out $200 hundred dollars and I had to buy a new phone. Go some where else. Based on the other bad reviews noted, I am not alone in this situation.

Please call around before you go here to have your phone fixed!! I would give zero stars if possible!! They tried to have me pay 3 times the amount to have my phone fixed than what I actually got it fixed for! Told me my phone port would have to be soldered when it actually didn't! Sad that they not only lie to people but also try and put other business down when I said I had called other phone places and could do it almost quarter of the price! Not only is my phone charging its fast charging and my phone has never said that...got it fixed inside the Canal Winchester Walmart definitely worth the drive great honest guy and amazing work if anyone needs their phone fixed at a reasonable price rather the price of a brand new phone!!nnTo your response yes you saw my phone yesterday in store and you did put down another business saying that they would not be able to do the job and that was in you telling me the Lancaster mall phone fixing station would not be able to do the work so their are two more bold face lies! You looked at my phone yesterday said you tried to clean it and no wires were broke on charging port so it must be internal jus to refresh your memory Ryan told me to talk to the ugly bald guy when i came in were the exact words!! Never once said had problems from day one only stated i only had the phone for around 6 months!!And clearly you dont listen i dont have a replacement phone i said they could replace it but i wanted it fixed apparently your to busy to think of ways to take people's hard earned money rather than listen to everything they are telling you check your cameras since you claim to do so frequently and youll see i was in your store yesterday and was even told part would need to be ordered!! #factsnBleach blonde hair behind mother n son getting phone screen fixed incase you need a description grey sweat shirt and dark grey pants

I was originally happy that my phone could be repaired after water damage. Once I got the phone back, the phone immediately began flashing a white light every time I opened it back up. The process time was slow on the phone and I had to restart about 3-4 times each day. I decided I could live with both of those things even though I paid over $200 for the repair. However after a couple weeks the phone white flashed again and would not come back on. Disappointed that I paid $200 for a repair that lasted 2-3 weeks. I would not recommend.

Paid $354 for a “Apple certified” screen just for this screen to constantly mess up. If I’m watching youtube, itll rewind my video without me even touching the screen!! Smh. The phone won’t let me see my notifications or my control center because IT DOES NOT READ MY INPUTS. If I’m on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or even on a webpage the screen will automatically jump to the top of the page, meaning the screen is reading inputs when I'm not even touching it and WONT read my actual inputs when i am touching it.. This place is full of themselves, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!! GO TO YOUR PROVIDER AND PAY WHATS NEEDED. This place will only waste your time and not even fix your phone.

Wonderful staff, excellent customer service, and very fairly priced.
