The lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, they tried to charge me $200 to activate two lines on the lowest tiered prepaid plan! I called the Verizon shop down the street and they do not charge activation fees. Drove less than a mile down the road and that Verizon store didn’t charge fees. Cost only $80 there (price of the two lines).nnOverall, pleasant staff, but poor market rates on services compared with other Verizon stores in the same city.
Great customer service! Adraya has customer service skills that you don't run accross very often anymore. She was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to answer our questions and get our accessories for our new phones when the store didn't have them on hand. If you're smart, you'll take care of her, because she's the type of employee that will keep people coming back. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Adraya!
