Barnes Cabinets

Just read a horrendous story of these people not calling customer back then calling the police on them when they came in to get the color so someone else could fix it. Don’t do business with these fools

Mr. BucherienI really think it’s awful when someone repeats a story when they do not know all the facts. The cabinets were years old. When we put them in we explained how to take care of them. They are like pieces of furniture. DO NOT USE CLEANING PRODUCTS ON THEM!!! We warranty and stand behind our products for a year. Ms.Spooner was told all of this. Now 8-10 yrs later she is wanting us to fix it because she is selling the house. We are a small business and we are extremely busy. When Ms.Spooner came to our business we had other customers in showroom and she was rude and loud. My husband apologized and told her the info she asked for then that’s when Ms.spooner decided to go crazy!!! Yes my husband asked (nicely) her to leave she refused!!! But got louder and louder!! Yes I call the police!!! The dispatch could not believe she was still acting that way while I had them one the phone!!! She went out our front door and threw it back and broke one of our lights. She proceeded outside jumpin up and down yelling the whole time. We do have all this on video because we have cameras at our business. The police wanted use to press charges. She tried to play victim when they got here but they already had spoken to dispatch and knew the truth!!! I’m sorry you only heard one side of the story. And I’m really sorry you choose to slander and call us names when you don’t even know us or have we ever done business with you. We are a Christian business and we take pride in the work we do and how we treat people.
