Lied about what our bill would be. Was hundreds more than what we were promised after 3 months with the fees and charges owed more than $1000. Would not work with us. Sent phones back. Expect me to pay them over $2000 still. They won't see a dime. Went with Verizon. Best decision I ever made. Stay away from this store and company.

Was there when doors opened @10am still here@ 2:30 pm slow service when they only had one person working on a Saturday. Cells are some of the problem

The issues I have aren’t 100% the store’s issues, but I will say, if I could give them a zero star rating I would. In the store, when setting up the services, I should have know something was off when they couldn’t give me a total price of my monthly bill. Not even the price before taxes and fees. This is probably because with Sprint Wireless, your bill and your due date are going to change each month! And those changes won’t be in your favor, unless of course you enjoy your plan rate going up each month and having to call in and argue with sprint because your bill is anywhere from fifty to a hundred bucks higher than it is actually supposed to be! Their customer service representatives are rude and stand-offish and don’t want to resolve any issues. Once you leave this store with your new devices, you can forget calling them for any help. You’ll be told to call sprint. One complaint that I have that may or may not be directly the stores fault, is that things were added to my bill that I specifically said I didn’t want when I started the service. But then again, Sprint took it upon themselves to make changes in my plan without my knowledge a few times so who knows. I saw another review discussing changes made to the account without their authorization and hidden fees and the price going up each month. All of this is true for me as well.

Great customer service, answered all my questions and very knowledgeable on all the products and accessories in the store! I've been a Sprint customer for a long time and I've never had any complaints! Keep up the hood work Sprint!!
